AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION NINE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-FOUR OF ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, KNOWN AS THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in
Legislature assembled and by the authority of the same:

Section 1. Section nine hundred and fifty-four of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, known as the Administrative Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 954. Council of Hygiene-Appointment and qualification of members.-The council of hygiene shall be composed of a professor of the College of Medicine and Surgery of the University of the Philippines, a professor of the medical faculty of the University of Santo Tomas, a member of the Colegio Medico-Farmaceutico, a member of the Philippine Islands Medical Association, a senior officer of the Philippine Health Service, a reputable physician who is a graduate of a medical school of recognized standing, an attorney-at-law, and one other person who shall be an owner of real property in the Philippine Islands, all to be appointed by the Governor-General on nomination of the Department Head.ℒαwρhi৷"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
