DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 MARCH 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, on 19 March 2025, Wednesday, the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran will m ark the celebration of its 188th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Kawayan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 March 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Kawayan, Province of Biliran.
