MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 721, October 22, 2024 ] DECLARING THURSDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIÑAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE WHEREAS, on 28 November 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of Piñan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 73rd Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Piñan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P.
