MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ PROCLAMATION NO. 656, August 08, 2024 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF BOMBON, BULA, CANAMAN, CALABANGA, CAMALIGAN, GAINZA, LIBMANAN, MAGARAO, MILAOR, MINALABAC, OCAMPO, PASACAO, PAMPLONA, PILI, SAN FERNANDO, SIRUMA, ALL FROM THE PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 654 dated 25 September 2013 which amended Proclamation 776, s. 1991 declared every Friday immediately preceding the feast of Our Lady of Peñafrancia as a special day in the City of Naga; WHEREAS, considering the significant economic, cultural and historical ties between Naga City and its neighboring municipalities, the inclusion of the Municipalities of Bombon, Bula, Canaman, Calabanga, Camaligan, Gainza, Libmanan, Magarao, Milaor, Minalabac, Ocampo, Pasacao, Pamplona, Pili, San Fernando, Siruma, all from the Province of Camarines Sur in the coverage of the Peñafrancia Festival would bring immense benefits to their communities. NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 20 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipalities of Bombon, Bula, Canaman, Calabanga, Camaligan, Gainza, Libmanan, Magarao, Milaor, Minalabac, Ocampo, Pasacao, Pamplona, Pili, San Fernando, Siruma, all from the Province of Camarines Sur.
