DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OCCUPIED BY THE SAN RAMON PRISON AND PENAL FARM SITUATED IN SAN RAMON, ZAMBOANGA CITY, AS PART OF THE ZAMBOANGA CITY SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE AND FREEPORT PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7903
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Section 3 of Republic Act No. 7903, otherwise known as the Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby designate the area occupied by the San Ramon Prison and Penal Farm in San Ramon, Zamboanga City, consisting of Six Hundred Sixty Four and 68/100 (664.68) hectares, as part of the Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone and Freeport, which area is more particularly described as follows:
