Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the City of Cebu, island of Cebu, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16463, to wit: Lot No. 8603 -Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16463, S. 79° 00E. 311.07 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 2, municipality of Cebu, thence N. 61° 40 W. 32.10 m. to point 2; N. 28° 27 E. 37.29 m. to point 3; S.62° 32 E. 31. 97 m. to point 4; S. 28° 21 W. 37.77 m. to point 1, point of beginning.
