RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF LIBERTAD, MUNICIPALITY OF BUTUAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be, and for future delimitation and survey, and to the conditions that the forest existing on the area should be managed and disposed of in accordance with the Forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations, and that as soon as the area is no longer needed for military purposes, the same shall revert to the category and as part of the public forest and turned over to the Bureau of Forestry for administration and management, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Libertad, municipality of Butuan, Province of Agusan, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Forestry sketch, Agusan P. M. D. No. 1075, to wit:
