RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF ARELLANO, MUNICIPALITY OF SURIGAO, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Arellano, municipality of Surigao, Province of Surigao, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16697, to wit:

Lot No. 2449.-Beginning at point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16697, N. 55° 50 E. 640.78 m, more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 116, Surigao Cad. No. 234, thence N. 73° 33? W. 51.04 m. to point 2; N. 19° 27? E. 92.20 m. to point 3; S. 67° 26? E. 58.14 m. to point 4; S. 43° 42 E. 6.24 m. to to point 5; S. 1° 00? W. 6.90 m. to point 6; S. 30° 21 W. 78.43 m. to point 1; point of beginning.

Containing an area of five thousand two hundred fifty-two (5,252) square meters.

Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 2450; on the east and southeast, by lot No. 2447; on the southwest, by lot No. 2448; and on the northwest, by lot No. 2453.
