Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Four hundred forty-eight, series of nineteen hundred and thirty-two, and reserve for garage, shop and storehouse purposes, under the administration of the Director of Public Works, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16294, to wit: A parcel of land (the consolidation plan Swo-16294, being the consolidation of lots Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9, 10, 11 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of plan Bsd-4335 and lot No. 477-B-l of plan Bsd-4335-Amd.-3, G. L. R. O. Record No.), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N. by lot No. 466 of plan Bsa-4335; on the E., by lot No. 477-B-2 of plan Bsd-4335-Amd. 3; and on the S. and W., by lot No. 477-B-2 of plan Bsd-4335-Amd.-3. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan. being N. 56° 23' E., 918.36 m., more or less, from mon.
