ESTABLISHING AS COAL MINING RESERVATIONS ALL THE COAL DEPOSITS AND COAL-BEARING LANDS IN THE SOUTHEASTERN PORTION OF THE PROVINCE AND ISLAND OF MINDORO, AND THE ISLANDS OF SEMIRARA, SIBAY AND CALUYA, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, PHILIPPINES.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eleven of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and thirty-seven, I, MANUEL L. QUEZON, President of the Philippines, hereby set apart as coal mining reservations and proclaim them closed to mining location and lease, subject to valid existing rights, all coal deposits and coal-bearing lands in the southeastern portion of the province and island of Mindoro lying south of latitude 12° 26' N. and east of longitude 121° 12' E. and in the islands of Semirara, Sibay, and Caluya, Province of Antique, more particularly described and bounded as follows:
Parcel No. 1.-Beginning at a point in the southeastern part of the province of Mindoro whose longitude and latitude are 121° 12' east and 12° 26' north, respectively; thence due east to a point on the coast of Colasi Bay; thence following the coast line of Colasi Bay to Bocanil Point; thence following the coast lines of Bocanil Bay and Buyallao Pass to Buyallao Point; thence following the coast lines of Soguicay Bay and Bulalacao Bay to Buruncan Point; thence following the coast line of Pandarochan Bay to a point on the coast said Pandarochan Bay at east longitude 121° 12'; thence due north to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 38,100 hectares, more or less.
Parcel No. 2.-Comprising the islands of Semirara, Sibay and Caluya, municipality of Caluya, Province of Antique.1aшphi1
Containing an aggregate area of 12,100 hectares, more or less.
