MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 648, November 20, 1940 ] RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF OSCARIS, MUNICIPALITY OF SANTIAGO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Oscaris, municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabela, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Psd-16224, to wit: Lot No. 3163-A, Psd-16224.-A parcel of land (lot No.31663-A of the subdivision plan Psd-16224, being a portion of lot No. 3163 of the cadastal survey of Santiago, G. L. R. O. Cad. Record No. 1472), situated in the barrio of Oscaris, municipality of Santiago, Province of Isabela, Bounded on the N. by lot No. 3163-B of the subdivision plan; on the E., by lot No. 3099; and on the S. and W., by lot No. 3163-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan S. 2° 45' W., 1, 156.76 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 57, Santiago Cadastre , thence S. 7° 53' E., 150. 00 m. to point “2”; thence S. 82° 07' W., 150. 00 m. to point “3”; N. 7° 53' W., 150. 00 m. to point “4”; S. 82° 07' W., 150. 00 m. to the point of beginning; containing an area of twenty-two thousand five hundred square meters (22,500) more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and on the ground are marked by P. L. S. concrete monuments; bearings true; declination, 0° 46' E.; date of the original survey, September, 1924-February, 1932 and that of the subdivision survey, February 4, 1939.
