MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 646, November 20, 1940 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF DODAN, MUNICIPALITY OF APARRI, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Dodan, municipality of. Aparri, Province of Cagayan island of Luzon and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-16711, to wit: Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Land Swo-16711, N. 19° 29' E. 427.67 m., more or less, from B. L. L M. No. 8, Aparri Cad. No. 250, thence N. 21° 23' E.75.93 m. to point 2; S. 68° 55' E. 93.56 m. to point 3 S. 29° 18' W. 84.71 m. to point 4; N. 63° 24' W 82.26 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 7,032 square meters. All corners are B. L. concrete monuments. Bounded on the northeast by lot No. 4591; on the southeast, by lot No. 1915; on the southwest, by lot No. 1913; and on the northwest, by lot No. 1788. Bearings true. Declination 0° 08' E.
