RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF CULAT, MUNICIPALITY OF CASIGURAN, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Culat, municipality of. Casiguran, Province of Tayabas island of Luzon and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-460, to wit:

Lot No. 2 (barrio of Culat [Disalag]).-Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-460, sheet No. 2, N. 81° 40' W. 1,148.66 m., more or less, from Triangulation Station “Tar” U. S. and G. S. Municipality of Casiguran, thence N.68° 08' E. 117.41 m. to point 2; S. 16° 13' E. 82.65 m. to point 3; S. 10° 56' E. 240.56 m. to point 4, S. 81° 14' W. 101.56 m. to point 5; N. 16° 26' W. 111.97 m. to point 6, N. 14° 14' W. 185.62 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 35, 029 square meters.1aшphi1

Points 3 and 6 G. I. S. on tress; and the rest are B. L. cylindrical concrete monuments.

Bounded on the northeast and southeast by public land; on the southwest, by proposed barrio; road; and on the northwest, by property of Bartolome Bernabe.

Bearings true. Declination 0° 21' E.

Points referred to are marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-460, sheet No. 2.
