MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 642, November 20, 1940 ] EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 414 DATED OCTOBER 7, 1931, AND OPENING TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF TAGUM, PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
