AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 26, DATED AUGUST 16, 1921, SO AS TO RESERVE THE PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL PURPOSES AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AGRICULTURAL COLONY FOR THE STUDENTS AND GRADUATES OF SUCH SCHOOLS.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of sections eighty-three and eighty-five of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred forty-one, as amended, I hereby amend Proclamation Numbered Twenty-six, dated August sixteen, nineteen hundred and twenty-one and reserve the parcels of land embraced therein for agricultural school purposes and for the establishment of agricultural colony for the students and graduates of such schools.
